I have a CLR 2500 center channel speaker and I have it connected with 1 pair of speaker wires. The instruction manual states that the "Ultimate Hook-Up" is to bi-wire the highs and the mids and send the lows to the low level in. Have any of you guys tried this "Ultimate Hook-Up" and if so could you tell any difference then using a single pair of speaker wires? I posted this question in another forum and they believe that there will be no difference. Thanks for any help. FYI im hooking it up to a Denon 3805.

I have the clr 3000, the 2500's big brother. Don't bother with the bi-wire or lfe. The way you have it is just fine. Btw, there is a definitive owners thread. If you have any more questions, it would be a good place to ask.

Thanks for the reply g_bartman. I looked in the Def Tech Owners thread and wow there are a few posts in there. I tried to post a link in that thread but I have to have 3 more post before it will let me post a link due to being a new member. Sorry about the following posts. I guess this will be #1.
