Is there a common website out there people recommend to purchase electrical components such as receptacles and breakers thats affordable and reliable like Monoprice?

Thanks!

yes and they have multiple local outlets across the county so you don't pay shipping. It's called Home Depot. Buy the contractors packs (like a box of 20). I've also had good luck at electrical supply companies that provide materials for contractors. The building industry is so slow that they might even be friendly when you walk in, or maybe not.

There is a place near me that is set up like a store, but if you need help and they aren't busy they will help you find something. I ordered all my recessed fixtures from a local place and for the same brand they were cheaper than HD However it wasn't a HD bargain brand so don't expect to save money over those contractor packs of 6 cans that HD sells.

i get mine from onestopbuy.com.

i've only priced the acenti line, but it was about a third to half the price of the cheapest place i'd found online up to that point.

I guess I am more sensitive to selection than to price. I buy what I can at HD and Lowe's, but if I need something exotic or in a color / configuration not available locally, I use twacomm.com. The prices probably aren't as low as you can find, but they seem to have enough of what I need that I start there if I have to order on line.
