Hi, I'm glad I found this forum!

I just got my second Moxie box after the first one died. I have Charter. The new box was installed yesterday, but I am not receiving all of my channels. I get a please wait message on over a dozen channels, all above number 100. It's not consistent, there are some channels within the upper range that do come in, but others don't.

I have tried using the reset button, but it doesn't help.
