Hello - I have a question concerning my Playstation 3 that I recently bought. I tried to watch a Blu Ray movie the other night and was having a hard time hearing the dialogue. I have my PS3 connected to my Vizio HDTV with HDMI (no receiver). Is there a setting on the PS3 that I need to change or is there something I need to change on the TV to hear the dialogue?

It's likely because your audio is set up for greater number of channels than your vizio can handle. go back to audio settings and auto detect the available settings. that should help. also make sure you're set to PCM instead of bitstream unless your TV can decode Dolby Digital and DTS, but I dont think it would make sense to send bitstream anyway.
put PCM on the audio sections, bitstream even tells you problems could happen if you use it( try it out, switch between the two and it will tell you)
