I have Charter Cable. I'd love to be able to remotely schedule to record from the internet.

I set up the account at Moxi.com, entered in my Moxi box ID from the back of the unit. I then received an email from Moxi with a number to activate it in the Moxi interface. I have "NO" idea where to do this. I called Charter and of course they were no help.

Any idea's?

Is this the retail box or the 9012/3012s that Charter is actually deploying? The moxi.com site is for the retail boxes that Digeo sells directly.

I'm not sure how/if you can remotely schedule the cable boxes.

Sign in at charter.net if you want to remotely schedule recordings on a Cable provided box (9012/9022/3012)
