I have A Gefen 1:10 HDMI Reapeater, 1080P

When i send a 1080P HD signal Via HDMI through the Reapeater from Blu ray player (Samsung or Sony) it works fine, however when i use a Panasonic, Integra, onkyo or denon the picture signal never syncs (works)

Why does it only work on Samsung or a sony Blu Ray player?

No doubt it is an HDCP issue. Different pieces of gear tend to have different sensitivities to how they lock HDCP. It probably isn't a problem with the specific equipment (pending you have checked the obvious)...more so a setup that just isn't going to work.
