I've been trying to build an HTPC for some time to do everything I needed but it's been... challenging. I would kill for a box that could do the following (in order of importance):

1) Play BD and HD DVD rips (MKV format with FLAC for the audio) and DVD rips from network shares
2) 24 and 60hz output at 1080p
3) Netflix streaming
4) Music playback (MP3, FLAC, etc)
5) Hulu, PlayOn, Youtube, etc;

1 and 2 are critical, 3 and 4 is fairly needed, 5 is great to have.

Is there a nice, easy box that can handle all these and is actually available in the US :)
