Afternoon,
Just got this new TV yesterday and was needing some help. I actually traded up from a TH-42PX80U. what a difference in the blacks let me add. I am amazed how much better this tv is compared to the 80u. granted the 80u was 720p vs the new 1080p but at this size it shouldnt really matter but for some reason it does. if you are in the market for a tv please pay the extra money and get this one. Its amazing. anyways my question is this. what is the 1080 moving lines of resolution this new tvs have? what does it mean? I though it was for when you were watching sd television that it will still display in the full panel and use all 1080 lines.... It does not. SO I dont know what it is. Also does anyone have this TV and are you willing to share your TV settings for the THX setting and custom or standard setting? still trying to figure everything out. THX setting does seem a little dark however.
