Recently I've checked the DVD with a Pixel Cropping test pattern and it turned out that at 576i/p crops a few pixels at the bottom, while at 1080i/p it crops a few pixels on both sides and bottom. I'm sure it's not overscan - there is an empty space that should be filled with pixels.
Anyone has a similar situation?
