A good calibration for it is you do it yourself or higher a pro calibrator.

Get a test disc ... follow the instructions and learn. Not that hard. You will get better results than blinding inserting other people's numbers.
Copying numbers is not calibration.

On the BD side ... DVE - HD Basics is a great place to begin.
DVE / AVIA II / Monster Cable ISF calibration disc are all good on the SD side of things. The first two containing more patterns should you want to learn more.
Even the THX optimizer disc will be better than copying numbers. And this is free on any THX disc.

Greetings
THX certified means it meets certain design criteria.
The TV cannot know what stuff you are feeding it and from what sources. It also does not know the viewing environment you are in.
Sorry nothing smart enough to figure this part out yet.
you still need a test disc to set up the basics. The THX mode is merely a best guess from the factory. (The closest best guess yet ... but never quite fully there.)
