On my Sharp LC46-D62U, I noticed that the settings I use for my PS3 and HD DVR (both connected with HDMI) do not look correct when used to watch over-the-air HD channels. It appears that it is mostly the color the varies, but I need a test pattern to confirm how much to change it by. How can I adjust the user settings for over-the-air?
Here are the settings I am using for HDMI inputs:
USER(4)
Backlight: -13
Brightness: 0
Contrast: +32
Tint: 0
Color: +3

Short of having a pattern generator that outputs ATSC signals, not much you can do.
Utilize your HDMI settings. Chances are you may need to adjust color and brightness to accomodate fluctuations. Keep in mind, television programming rarely follows strict imaging standards. You will see differences from channel to channel.

I was comparing the same show on the same channel on both OTA and Cable, and noticed that the OTA version seemed less accurate, but I suppose that it will vary from channel to channel anyway. I'll adjust my settings a little by eye since I don't have any equipment that can output an ATSC signal.
