I just wanted to take the time and publicly thank SpectraCal for there AMAZING customer service. I was given an Eye1 Colorimeter and CalMan for Christmas. It was purchased from SpectraCal. I originally installed the colorimeter on my desktop to test it and make sure everything worked properly. Well I finally took the time to install CalMan on my Laptop. When I hooked up the Eye1 and went through the setup routine in CalMan it had a licensing error. I thought to myself no big deal I have had these kinds of errors before. I emailed the company at 10:05 pm on a Sunday and figured I would have an answer the next day. To my complete surprise I had a live response by 11:29pm the SAME NIGHT! My problem was solved early the next day and all is well. So to Chris and everyone else at SpectraCal Thank you very much!

My experiences with SpectraCal makes me agree with you. They are an exceptionally good company to deal with.

I would like to also thank Chris personally for the support and customer care he provides for us. It's always hard when you bring a new person into the company trying to gauge their commitment and judgment to the bigger picture and Chris has done an excellent job in all areas. Our philosophy at SpectraCal is customer care is everything I really don’t understand how most corporations have lost that commitment. It really does not cost any more to provide thorough and timely support. Again congrats to Chris our latest member of the SpectraCal/CalMAN team.

Yeah I think that Spectracal & there good & fair pricing have made calibration Excessable to most of the people who are Home theatre enthusiasts and want close to Reference standard calibrated displays but could'nt afford to pay the big $$$$$ before Spectracal where on the seen....

I bought a Radiance and CalMAN with i1 and i1Pro keys from Derek and I will echo everything else said here - SpectraCal is a first rate company with great products and excellent customer service. I used everything to calibrate my RS1 with exceptional results, and I'll soon be using it to calibrate my FPJ1. Thanks Derek!
