After cursing out my gear again for reading the wrong SACD tracks I stuck a telarc disk in my PS3.

It was so nice and easy...

Worked multichannel over HDMI
Understood both sets of music on the disc
in a GUI

Now that I can enjoy SACD without the pain - I am on the hunt again for this format which I totally gave up on 5 years ago.

Just FYI

I know your (ID brand) separates are better...but still - if this worked as good as it does on my ps3 it might have done better.

I think it's cool that some models of the PS3 can play SACD's (not just the CD track whic all can, but the DSD layer) over HDMI. Just have to be careful in the XMB you are choosing the right track to play.
