If I have an iPod plugged into my car's AUX (or any speaker for that matter) and I listen to music, should I put the ipod volume to max and then adjust my car's volume or the other way around?
Thanks

Thanks Rasterfarian 03-29-09, 10:29 PM Adjust the iPod volume so it's about the same as other inputs to the system. Start about midway and adjust up or down as needed. That way you don't need to frantically adjust the volume if you change from one source to another. sivadselim 03-30-09, 12:05 PM Or, adjust the iPod to just below max volume. Either way, you want to use the car's volume to control the volume. Much easier and safer to do that. dknightd 03-30-09, 07:02 PM Adjust the iPod volume so it's about the same as other inputs to the system. Start about midway and adjust up or down as needed. Make sure all the EQ modes are turned off. They can cause distortion. |
