View Full Version : New STB 8300hdc TWC Can't access hardware diagnostic menu jimbulb 03-31-09, 11:16 AM I have been having ongoing signal problems to my STB and after 3 service calls and my original 8300HDC died they finally replaced the supply cable from the street. I wanted to check my signal levels, but with the new box I can only access the software diagnostics menu. Vol + Vol- does nothing. Version ODN 3.1.1_3 mystro TWC Cary NC. Any suggestions???
