I seem to recall reading somewhere before that if you switch to paperless billing, Dish Network will give you Cinemax for 1 penny for 12 months. Is that promotion still going on? If so, does anyone know if it is just the SD Cinemax? Or if they include the HD Cinemax as well?

I have the 1 cent deal and it includes 4 hd Cinemax channels and the regular channels as well. Just call and ask if it is still going on.

I just joined Dish yesterday, yeah they still have 1-cent cinemax, it's for 1 year, and yes you have to sign up for both the auto-pay and paperless billing.

They also have the HBO and Starz/Encore free for 3-months.

K, thanks for your help. I called Dish a bit ago, and got it all set up. I just wish some of their CSR's would learn to speak English a little better :) Oh well. Despite the minor communication issues, it all worked out.
