Dear All,
I am new to this forum, and I am hoping someone can shed some light on a problem I am having with my TH-42PX600U unit.
I am not sure if this is related to my current issue but I thought I would include a bit of background.
It's 28 months old, and it's been great. In the last 6 months or so, I noticed not all the OSD menus were functioning, such as my inability to adjust the picture mode etc, some of the menus had a different shade of blue and I had no access.
This did not appear to be a big issue and I left it.
A couple of days ago, the OSD menus started flickering continuously with some momentary pauses, and nothing can stop it. I contacted Panasonic service support, and we went through the self check process and it appeared to have fixed the issue after the reset sequence.
Unfortunately, this did not last. Now the flickering continues, sometimes more sporadic than others, and I have tried the self check sequence again, but the problem always comes back.
Any advice, tips, help, or suggestions are most appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
