I have a Pioneer 6010 FD plasma and I was just wondering what causes lines in the picture to flicker. For example, if I was watching a hockey game on FSN, the lines around the scoreboard will sometimes flicker. When watching some other shows, lines on walls, shelves, or other things in the background sometimes have a flicker as well when the image is moving. Is this just an issue caused by the satellite receiver and not an issue with the tv? What would be the cause of this? I've checked out some Blurays and they aren't nearly as bad. Start of The Dark Knight is the only time I can recall seeing this on the opening zoom of the buildings, can see some flickering around the windows. Is this normal and if so what causes this?

I have Bell TV 9242 received all hooked up with HDMI.
