This is the stand I made today, its for pretty small speaker and is very simple. I must say, I am starting with all these of the DIY.

What do you people think?

Looks pretty nice. Are you going to finish it with...??? Is it pretty stable side to side? Meaning if you had a kid hit the side of it will it stay up?

Put up a couple more pics from different angles would you? It's hard to tell what you've got going on there.

I don't think it would stand a kid, but since there are no kids in my house, is isn't really a problem. I am not sure what to finish it with... Any suggestions?

I like it still trying to figure out why you just didnt have the tall piece the speaker mounts to one solid piece. But its nice and modern paint it white with a black leafless tree on top of a hill and you got some art lol. But good job, you could just paint them black or white maybe white since your walls are white.

I think if you are going to have that much surface facing the room, might as well build some thin towers and make use of the volume! Welcome to DIY.
