I recently did some in wall wiring for my room, but the string to run the speaker wire up the wall at a later point, meet the vacuum and was gone quicker than I put it in.

So I have one hole at the bottom of the wall and another at the top. They are all in the same wall cavet, just a fire block between the two.

I have tried glow sticks, but can't find the hole.

Any ideas?

Do I need to get a flexible drill bit and drill a hole from the bottom?

Thanks

Can you tear out a little more of the drywall so you can see down there?

Do you have the ability for someone to shine a flashlight through one of the holes to guide your glowrod as you feed it from the opposite end? Being it's an exterior wall it's most likely insulated though. Keep bouncing the glowrod around at different angles if there is indeed a hole for it to pass though.

I am not able to cut any more drywall, my neighbor had a flexible drill bit so I am using that. The only problem is my battery died on the bit about halfway through something.

Will let you know if an about an hour.

Got an old fishing rod you can sacrifice? I think you need something stiff you can poke around until you hit the hole. then shove it up/down until you can reach in and grab it from the other hole with another string tied to the end.

The sacrifice is that you will have to cut all the line guides off the rod.
