I recently came across an Image Labs 4x4 matrix AV Y/C switch (RS 4500m).

I do not have a power cable for it and I am unsure what I would be asking for when getting one.

Does anyone know what you call a cable connection like this and where I can get a cable for it? I tried contacting Image Labs but no response.

It's the same as the "24vdc ungrounded" plug-in shown here:

Thanks for any help!

It's not simply a power cable but a power supply you need. To me "ungrounded" means the power supply is not referenced to the signal ground.

A 24v power supply is not hard to get but without a manual or schematic we have no idea of how to wire it in.

My suggestion is to find an old time TV or audio repair shop who has an expereinced old time technician. They may be able to open the unit and trace out the wiring. Don't bother with Geek Squad or any other new products repair facility. The staff has no electronics training these days.

Does it use the RCA connectors for Y/C?
Open it up at look at the power wiring, you might find that connector at radio Shack, it' looks like on old CB mic connector.
