I have a Pioneer 53" HD set (not elite) that went through the blue flash problem and, after resoldering the joints on the PS worked for about a year or so, but starting doing it again and, since I am a really bad procrastinator, left it for a while and, after resoldering again, now won't come on.

Ok, so my wife is sick of me messing with it and we are getting a new set. This thing is heavy so I'm trying to figure out what to do with it. A few people have offered to come get it since it is obviously still a good set, but...

Is there any interest for parts from it for people with a similar set? Instead of giving it away for free, it might be a win/win to sell some of the parts for really cheap and someone here get some extra parts for their set for really cheap.

If not, ok, I'll just let someone get it but I thought I'd ask and see.
