I am running Vista, Installed the drivers for the SA 8300HD and followed all the steps outlined in another thread..

When I open CapDVHS i can see the device on the dropdown, in fact it is the only device..but when I click on REC I get an error: cannot open output file.

I did not change the output file name, in fact I did not change aanything, everything is default.

I have been searching for some time for a resolution with no success.

Anyone?
