Since you have a membership, posting in the classified area is the best (and only) forum to post a want ad. The ownership restricts want ads, for sale and trade ads to the classifieds only. They want to make sure all other forums are limited to discussing the HT hobby vs selling etc.

I think the only way is to delete this thread, which you have the ability to do when you use the edit button. And, repost (cut and paste) in the classified forum.
