where do i see how many hours are on my Samsung pn58b560. i have only had it one day, :D but i am just wondering where in the menu's can i check it from time to time.

I believe only by accessing the service menu.

Press the {MUTE} {1} {8} {2} {POWER} buttons.


The Service Menu will be displayed.


To exit, turn the power off.



I don't have experience with Samsung so if you don't see an option after accessing the service menu, get help in one of the Samsung Plasma threads.

i tried that... didn't work.

Note: the TV must be in standby mode (turned off by using the remote).

Try the above code again. Or the following one:


Using the remote control:
Turn the power off.
Press the {INFO} {MENU} {MUTE} {POWER} buttons.

thanks. i got into it and i have 88 hours on my set already after 8 days. an average of 11 hours a day. thats bad. lol

**one thing to note. write your settings down before you go into it as it will erase all of your settings.** kinda ghey but that how it is.
