Does anyone know how to access the service menu? I found one post that said to hold the volume down button on the panel and press info on the remote 3x.... I have tried this and its a no go... any ideas?

Here is some good advise from JohnES1: First take the volume all the way down, release, then proceed. Make sure you're not blocking the TV IR remote sensor with your hand. Takes a few seconds for it to appear. If you're going to be making any changes make sure you're in the correct Mode/Temperature/Format(should say Format HD on the Cuts/Drives screen.) Don't forget to write down the original settings!

You must point the remote control straight to the sensor on the TV otherwise it'll not work.
