Would one of these (http://www.amazon.com/Leviton-Suppressor-Receptacle-Commercial-Specification/dp/B0006I33Y6/ref=pd_cp_e_1?pf_rd_p=413863501&pf_rd_s=center-41&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B000E312X2&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0YER02AB6DYJWK73A6MF) be adequate to protect a single 650W (RMS) subwoofer? I would be using one fore each infinity CSW-10. I know they are old.

720 joules isn't very high.
This one is rated at 4230 joules.

Thanks, I am going for a clean look. I have everything wall mounted and I don't really want to have power strips laying on the floor. I guess my other option is the Monster SW 200 (http://www.amazon.com/Monster-MP-SW-200-PowerCenter/dp/B00006343N/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1240433755&sr=1-1). It is rated at 1110 Joules.

I could go with the panamax MIW-SURGE (http://www.panamax.com/Products/In-Wall/MIW-SURGE.aspx#tab_spec), it is rated at 1350 Joules. What I thinking about doing is connverting each of my single gang outlet boxes that are currently being used for power to dual gang. Then I plan on running RG6 to an F-pin to RCA coupler keystone jack. This would allow me to have both power and RCA on one faceplate for each sub. It looks like the panamax would allow me to do this as well but is it worth the extra price?
