I'm looking for a subwoofer for my living room HT. The room is quite big...approx 3750 cu. ft. One side of the room is open to another room that's open to the whole house...so it's more than the 3750 cu. ft.
Music 70% and HT 30%. I was looking at an PB12-NSD or VTF3 MK3. But since the room might be too big for either one...should I stretch my budget and get the PB12-PLUS instead? or will one of those be good enough.

Any one has this dilema before and what did you decide?

How about a pair of HSU VTF-2 MK3?

A VTf3 Mk3 in that room should be enough...
You can always later add a second one or just an MBM12...
A 3.3 with MBM should best the Pb-12 plus in overall presence experience.

since it's a living room, i prefer only one sub. and I just didn't want to have to upgrade later...
