I purchased a Velo sub from them years ago. The unit was new and arrived in good condition. As it turned out, I did not have a manufacturers warranty as Digital Craze was not an authorized Velodyne dealer. The practice is called "trans shipping" where they purchase the products from an authorized dealer and then resell it.

In my case, Digital Craze was not authorized to sell Velodyne so I had no warranty. I doubt that they are authorized to sell the Sunfire.

Digital Craze is one of the many Uncles Stereo NY pawn shop web sellers. Personally, I'd heed the warning that many manufacturers give and stay away from unauthorized web sellers.
