Not sure if this is the right area, but it's the closest.

I just bought a BDI Avion 8528, to put all my equipment in there, it's SUPER NICE!

The brochure says the interior dimension of bottom cabinets are 16"H * 20"W *19.5" D. However, as soon as I bring it home and setup, my Home Theatre receiver does NOT fit, and when I measure the depth is only 16" and NOT 19.5".

Is there anyway to set this up to have 19.5" depth? The back panel doesn't seem to be removable, and there's nothing in your owners manual about that.

So, either I am missing something here or the brochure is wrong. Anyone fixed this issue or knows how to remove back panel? [I am not talking about the vented back panels]

Any help is appreciated.

Do you have a photo or an online link to the item in question?

What made you post in this forum? Most of the stuff in this forum is custom built is the only reason I ask. You might try the "Theater Room Items and Accessories" instead.

Good luck,
Mike

I just emailed them. My receiver is 18.5" long... most higher power models are that big, so I assume there must be a way to fit them.
