i think this is the format of all of them. the audio plays fine, but the video plays at one frame about every 5 seconds.

Here is another problem im having. when i first got my WDTV with 1.01.02 these files played fine. but with the newer firmware the audio starts a second after the video and stays our of sync the whole time.

Is it possible that my audio settings arent correct? they are whatever the default is.. im just running the wdtv to my tv via HDMI cable. then the audio from my tv is running into an old reciever and two floor speakers. (old reciever i mean really old like 20 years old but it sounds decent)

so what should my audio settings be? could this possibly be why the second video isnt playing in sync correctly?
