like stealth, i too was interested in bionic commando before it got pushed till now. the game mechanics in 3D just dont seem right. i'll rent first.

Bionic Commando and Damnation look fun but I'll be waiting on reviews.

The month of May probably isn't going to be that fantastic from the perspective of amazing new releases, but really, am I the only one who still has a substantial backlog of already released games? Perhaps from the holidays, as a birthday present, or from a "why not" purchase when it was on sale?

I was just at Best Buy yesterday when they were doing one of their periodic game liquidations. The pile is always cleaned out within a few hours, but if you get there early, you can get some Xbox 360 games for a steal. The titles in question probably aren't worth $50 or $60, but are not definitely bad at all when they can be purchased for just $10! Previously, my wife bought me "The Club" for $8 when Circuit City was doing their final sales prior to closing.

I guess what I'm saying is that the Xbox 360 already has a huge game library, so even if there are no new releases, there are probably plenty of games which you either already own or which you can get for a cheap price to work through.

lol. maybe they'll include a mode where you can turn your lcd sideways (if its 16x9 and play it 9x16! it'll minimize da bars! any crazy a$s bullets everywhere dont turn that way type of game im all in!

If you guys want to take a chance and preorder sacred 2 on hopes that it might actually release on the 12th, Amazon has it at 49.97. The PC version, even though it was buggy as hell, is a great game. Good diablo type fun coming to the console is always something I look forward to.
