I have maked a project in Adobe Premiere Pro cs3 now, but the whole file is large cause of the HD. But how can I like make the movie smaller in size without taking away any HD and other stuff.

If you render the final output file size to something like .avi, the file will be huge.

You can try .wmv, .mpg (or experiment with others).
Try different bitrates (see your output render settings).
The higher bit rates, which yield better quality, will make bigger files.

The resolution of the video will also make the file bigger: a 1280x720 is going to have a bigger file size than a 640x480 video.

You need to find a balance between quality and size.

I'm not familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro cs3, but maybe it's possible it may tell you in advance how big the file will be with particular output render settings before actually outputting the file. (Check the help section.)

If not, try different settings and render a small clip.
If your entire video is 2 minutes long (120 seconds) and you render only 10 seconds of it and then see how big that rendered file file is..
then multiply that by 12 (10 goes into 120, 12 times) and you'll see how big the final rendered file would be (although the actual may vary a bit).

Ok, thank you.
I uploaded this one on Vimeo http://www.vimeo.com/4403975
And its like 37 mb, so i just need to do what you said? Will the HD/quality decrease?
