I ordered the "Deluxe Edition" from Inetvideo.ca. It arrived with the proper cover, but the disc is definitely not deluxe. This is the original crappy copy with poor picture, DD+ sound and zero special features. The disc had all the security stickers in place and was shrink wrapped.

Has anyone else had this experience? I have emailed Inetvideo and hopefully they take care of me.

I've had one shipping issue out of the 6-7 times I ordered from iNetvideo and they took care of it right away after I spoke to Mellisa from chat.. They wont charge u for shipping or give u the run around so try chat.

It doesn't sound like an error on inetvideo's part. It sounds like a production issue. I had a similar experience long ago with a copy of Bullitt containing only a blank disc.

I did the online chat with Inetvideo. They said I could send the disc back for a full refund, but they couldn't send me a replacement because they are currently out of stock on the Deluxe disc. So, I asked them for a discount on the disc I currently have and they gave me 50% off.
