Not sure whats going on here. (HDCP issue?)

Every time I turn on my 360 the video sporadically goes in and out. (only for 30 seconds or so)

When I first turn on the system, its fine, but after its on for a minute or so, it starts flickering. (again, just for a small amount of time)

Set-up is XBOX to Onkyo receiver via HDMI and HDMI to TV.

If its an HDCP thing, what order should I have my Harmony turn on my devices?

Strange thing is, this hasn't always happened.

try a different hdmi cable. For some very strange reason the hdmi cord connected to my xbox was doing similar things then all of a sudden nothing would come on the screen. I thought the xbox was bad. I plugged in a different hdmi cord and it works great. I didn't know hdmi cables really went bad or atleast i didn't expect it to happen to mine but it did.
