Thank you for contacting Western Digital Customer Service and Support.

I apologize for the inconvenience, at the moment we are working in a new firmware update, and we are working to make the video playback more stable, unfortunately, we do not have this specific information, but your suggestion will be forwarded to our technicians, bear in mind that we can add almost any support to the WD TV, using firmware updates.
