i'm looking for something that will either hold all my movies in divx and vob format or stream them to my tv. what is most important to me is being able to view an image when browsing for a movie and being able to search and or group by genre. is there anything that would do this, even with a crack or with a plug-in? my friend has the appletv and a plug-in that will do this as well as give a brief synopses of the movie, this is what i would love but i don't want to buy appletv.

try Media Server. It's a plug-in for Vista Media Center and can be streamed to a media center extender, such as an XBox 360 www.mediabrowser.tv Here's a few screen shots:

What a waste, why bother replying.

Does anyone else have a suggestion. Do you know of a plug-in for WD Media Player that would do something similiar as above?

Obviously, with having just joined and with only three posts now, you have a lot to learn about "tongue-in-cheek" commentary.
