i checked the hours on my B560 a week into owning it. i don't remember where it was in the menu but i'll assure you that it is there so you just gotta keep looking. i'd go back in and look but i hate how it erases all your settings and i don't feel like going through the hassle.

quick update, repairman came today to clean finger prints off of panel and he went into service menu for me to help me find the hours, very cool dude. goto service menu, then go into config, then you will see different option(pdp option, hotel option, ect..)go into sub option and it will be in there.:D

Thanks Kanpol, I'll take a look there tonight when I get home.

...why did you have a repair guy come out to clean finger prints though? Isn't that the cloth was for?

... and why were people even touching the tv?

lol prints were on the inside of glass, actually they were on the panel. But could imagine making a repair ticket for prints on glass haha.
here's something wierd though on an all black screen, my screen would flicker around the edges, I called samsung tech and they werent sure if that was normal(only movie mode did it)I asked repairman and he said it was normal in 09 model.Well he open tv cleaned panel and inside glass and closed it up, I then checked the all black screen and low and behold no more flicker. Repairman was quite embarrassed because he said it was normal:confused: Maybe it was a lose connection or maybe the oil from the finger prints caused who knows:confused:
