I have a panasonic hdc-sd9 it's supposed to record 1080p
If I'm outside during day or in a brightly lit room it looks great
But if the lighting is dim, not even dark it is fuzzy and looks terrible
Is something wrong with my camcorder or am I doing something wrong(I've tried all settings) or is that how many hd cams are
