I am looking for someone who has heard the Bogen NEAR A8's , SpeakerCraft OE8 Three's, or Def Tech AW6500's and which one they liked, or what speaker you found outperformed all of them. I am trying to cover an area 34'w x 16'd, and have the ability to mount overhead from an overhanging deck. The other speaker I was looking at is the Boston Acoustics Voyager 7 but seem to lack in the lower frequency response, comparatively.
Maybe Mark Rubin could chime in here if he happens to run across this thread knowing he had the SC OE8 Three's and bought a pair of A8's to compare upon recommendation.
