Can someone link me to the pattern test where there is a pattern that makes a grey and black color look different? There´s tower shape that makes a shadow that tricks your brain.

I think your question is less than clear. A little further clarification of what pattern you are referring to and why you don't like it may lead to appropriate responses, rather than WTFIHTA?

Ahh so. That's it. I was thinking gray scale from 0 IRE to 100 IRE. Now it makes perfect sense.

BTW. Would better ANSI help or hinder the illusion? Just kidding, ANSI is irrelevant because the shades are the same.
