I'm just getting up to speed on digital projection. I live off the grid. Solar is my energy source. I'm looking for a wireless projector with low power consumption for my studio space. I make digital drawings and paintings. Contrast ratio is important.
The projector will be located no more than twenty feet from the viewing surface. It will used primarily to view enlargements of my digital images so I can see what they would look like in actual size when they are printed on a wide format printer. Also, I want to watch hd movies on a big screen. The wireless feature is not essential but would be nice. Is there something out there for under a grand that would meet my needs?

Your suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
