How can I tell whether a PAL format movie is in HD? I want to d/l a movie that is in PAL, and the file is big, just like an HD file. But I downloaded a PAL formatted file before, that was also large and it didn't seem to be HD quality. Thanks.

HD-DVD has no PAL format and PAL has no HD format. If it says PAL, it's not HD.
