I am having an issue with my Samsung LN-4096 on its HDMI inputs. For some reason, after about 10 minutes of being on, I begin to see artifacts in the image. Green speckles in dark areas and sizzling highlights in some bands of color. When I first turn it on...looks fine. Both my PS3 and my HTPC exhibit this behavior. I can turn the set off for a few minutes...and recover from it. (Maybe because its cooling off). This is somewhat frustrating and I would love it if anyone could shed some light on it. I have tried many different cables and it makes no difference.

Sounds like there may be a problem with the TV.

How long are the HDMI cables?

Just 6 feet. I was hoping you wouldn't say such a thing. :(
