I've burned almost 200 DVD-Rs in the 3575, and now I'm thinking about picking up an Oppo 980H. I know there's always a caveat regarding home burned media compatibility on all the spec sheets. So, has anyone had experience playing 3575/76 burns on this player, and if so, what media have you tried. Thanks a lot...

Can't speak for the Philips, but I have a Pio 640, and burn -R Verbatim discs. I've probably played at least 20-30 in my Oppo 980, and all have played just fine.
