Toshiba DR560 Support Digital TV Closed Caption, But Support the Closed Caption of VHS Tapes ?

The manual, only talk abount DTV CC...

I need to record vhs tapes with cc to dvd, and i need that dvd with the closed captions.

theres a option or hardware to create that closed caption always active?
