I have installed a moome card and love the PQ. I do notice a difference in the start up. It seems like I have a double start before the fans come on. SHe used to start easily, now its different. Anyone else see this?
I have the card into the first slot and the second slot is filled but on cabled up.

well if you pull the card does it start normally?
