The Dave Matthews Band has enlisted Fuse and Hulu to promote its upcoming album, Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King.
Music network Fuse will air the band's concert live on June 1 at 9 p.m. (ET) from the recently refurbished Beacon Theatre, which is also owned by parent Cablevision Systems Corp. The show will air commercial-free and in high-definition the night before the group's seventh studio album is released.
For its part, Hulu, in its first concert event, will stream the show live. It will be subsequently be available on-demand, upon its conclusion.
Both outfits will also provide plenty of supplemental programming, with Hulu, providing group videos, documentary footage and performances from Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and Today, beginning May 28.
