Can someone explain me the difference in costs and time in shooting and post-production between those methods?

There is an excellent report in SHOWREEL magazine (UK) about the cost differences between shooting on film versus video. At the end of the day, according to the data in the report, the costs are about the same.

Its different from movie to movie.

You cant really say, that I will save this much money if I shoot digital.
