I've been making work videos and uploading them on youtube. It seems like every other video gets stuck while uploading. Sometimes they upload fine, a 300 mb 8 minute video takes about 2 hours using DSL, which seems long as hell but that's how long it seems to take. But then the next one I may put in sticks and just stays in upload mode on youtube. I'm keeping my videos with in the parameters; less then 1 gig, less then 10 minutes in length. Doing MPEG-4 .mov format, not even bouncing them as HD video, just standard.

Does anyone else have problems with youtube? Any solutions?

2 hours for 300MB? That's painfully slow.

Perhaps you should do a speed test to make sure nothing's wrong. You might be losing your connection, which might result in the upload "hanging" like that.

Thanks for the reply. I have Road Runner through Time Warner and I called them last night and they said there was an issue with my internet, they're sending a tech out Wednesday. So we'll see. This is a pain in the a**.

you might want to check your speed at one the popular u/d testing sites such as
DSLreports (http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest?flash=1)
or Speedtest (http://www.speedtest.net/)

both are free and give "accurate" reports of your up and download speeds. Make sure the speed results are what TWC/RR is supposed to be delivering to you.

I'm having the same problem with YouTube. I've tried everything, however, I still can't make them upload. Any other suggestions?
